I first rented my flat in Putney in September 2009. My first set of tenants stayed 4 years and were fantastic. Erol then worked really hard to get me new suitable tenants (and I stress the word suitable), who stayed for about a year, but only moved due to a relocation overseas. Again these were excellent tenants. Erol worked really hard again and got two more great tenants who stayed until I sold my flat. Erol listened to what I wanted, was extremely efficient, professional and always pitched the rent at the absolute correct rate. If I was renting my flat again I would go straight to Erol and Townends in Putney and I really do believe that speaks for itself. All the staff in the Putney Branch were extremely professional and helpful. They made renting out a flat completely painless and I did not think that was possible. I then wanted to sell my flat and because of the excellent service I had encountered with Townends I did not even go to other Estate Agents to get valuations. I wanted The Putney Branch of Townends to sell it as I trusted them completely. Tim DeSouza got an offer from the first person who viewed it. I accepted as they had offered the asking price. Tim did a fantastic job. I was and am so impressed. Again it was pitched at exactly the right price and therefore sold quickly. Tim kept me informed every step of the way, as did Emma Watson, Townends Move Consultant. Having Emma was fantastic as she liaised between me and the buyer and therefore we both always knew what was going on. Rebecca Squires, Client Relationship Manager was also extremely helpful. I would 100 per cent recommend Townends if you are renting or selling a property.
