We went to view a property the estate agent was selling and were asked if we wanted to meet with their mortgage advisor as we were first time buyers. We met with Jenna and were made to feel like no ask was too big, and there were no silly questions, where as when we were at the banks with their mortgage people, we felt as though we weren't able to ask for fear of looking daft. Jenna talked us through everything and explained all the different types of mortgages to us, ensuring we understood. We didn't go for the property in the end but we stayed with Jenna as we really felt as though she wanted to help us get onto the property ladder and get us the best deal at the same time. We found another property elsewhere and put an offer in with Jenna's help, Jenna kept in regular contact with us and both her and Kerry responded to our emails and enquiries promptly and clearly. Personally, I don't think we would have got the mortgage without them and all their hard work and for that we will always be grateful. When we told Jenna we had been approved for the mortgage and had exchanged contracts on the house she seemed genuinely thrilled for us and gave us details on what to expect now, we told her that we were due to get the keys and I feel that even though we are clued up on it all now, we will use them again for our next property.
