Julie was a very pleasant, friendly lady who was extremely helpful and understanding of all the questions and queries I threw at her. She was very knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble, showing much patience with a customer who found most of this very new and confusing not having bought a new home in over 50 years, how things have changed! But even though the whole thing took so much longer than I had expected she was always available to offer help and advice. Many thanks to you Julie.
