Possibly the worst experience I have had with lettings agents, and that is saying something. They were rude throughout the process and acted like they were doing me a favour. They constantly got details wrong and were not educated in their profession at all. To top it all off they blatantly lied when called out on it. What was worse was that this was a manager. I would strongly urge any prospective tenant/landlord to avoid these lot. Just awful.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Possibly the most insulting thing was the price of their fees. There is simply no justification for their fees. Utterly disgraceful in today's market and just a clear was to put more money in their own pockets.
