This was our first experience in using Prospect and up to now has been extremely satisfied with the service we have received. I want to commend Jake and Olivia who dealt with us initially, who then handed over to Laney to finalize and close the deal. The negotiations was dealt with in an extremely proffessional way. Laney was always helpful and friendly finding solutions in sometimes difficult situations. Her prompt replies also gave us a lot of comfort.
Comment on agent fees
Fees relates to the service you get. The better the service the more easier it is to pay. Up until now i am very happy with Prospect and believe that fees are fair and relative to service received.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
