We are very satisfied with David and Caroline's knowledge, professionalism, helpfulness and customer-centred approach. We felt well-supported in an are a which is unfamiliar to us as first-time buyers, and we didn't feel pushed into anything.
Comment on agent fees
We chose David in part because he gave a free 45 minute consultation with no guarantee from us that we would subsequently use his paid services. Overall fee seems very reasonable for the service provided.
