I used Mavour and company for several years to act as my letting agent. They provided the basic paperwork but often overcharged for poor workmanship when repair work was required on the house.When I decided to sell the house, their attitude was disgraceful. The house inspections were non existant, the house was disgustingly filthy from the tenants but the 3 monthly inspections, that were probablt never carried out lies. When the tenants were evicted for non payment of rent, not a single representative even bothered to show up and inspect although I was promised there would be. Pat Mavur, the owner was the worst offender followed closely by one of her employees. Their care free attitude towards the condition of the property was inconceivable. I would not recommend using Mavour Property based in Union square, West Caulder, Scotland. They proved themselves to be another agency, there just to collect the payment every month and not actually do the job required of them. Give them a wide berth.
