Both Harry and Sarah were excellent sales advisers. They helped progress the protracted (in our case) sale through to completion. The were exemplary in keeping me informed about the progress. Being prompt in communication between ourselves and the buyers was the most impressive aspect.
Always, Always, the phone was answered. It is most crucial, that the agent is available to communicate. Currently, I have had a neighbor who is selling via a local agent (popular 3 letter code) - and they complain of the agent not answering the phone. Some, local agents are so full of pride, they sell you the dream of money & service on glossy paper - and if the sale does not happen in the first few showings they care less. In case of Emoov, yes, you would have to do the 'showing' of the house to the prospective buyers; given that you know your house the best, you are the better salesman - than a stranger.
Over all - emoov were professional in their approach. A couple of minor short comings, that I found were - the photographer who came to us, said, that only 12 professional photos could be clicked. It seems like a weird limit - and cannot understand the need for this restriction. Second, the valuation team (who advised initially) got the estimation quite high - this led to about a month and half's lull period. We had to drastically cut, to elicit interest on the property. Given the agents are national, perhaps one could use the local agents and recently sold prices to come at their own (reasonable) valuation.
