Our experience of Connells was excellent in all respects. In the first instance Paul Bonney was extremely efficient at doing the viewings and was instrumental in achieving a quick, full price sale. We were impressed that information on our sale was shared with all Connells' staff which led to excellent communication and continuity at all times. The star of Connells for us was Beth Corcoran who went well above the call of duty to ease those pre 'exchange of contract' nerves. She was there for us even outside of office hours if we had any concerns or questions and on the day of exchange she pulled out all the stops to ensure that the chain was completed within the timeframe. Well done to all at Connells!

Firstly not sure how you know which file this is in conjunction with as the purchase was all in my partners name. He did come in to try and talk to you about the service we received and you personally were not interested in giving him the time of day and just told him you would get Louisa to call him. The standard response we always got!
