Terrible service. They use admin company for renewals. The staff there appear not to have any idea. They do not follow the simplest of instructions which caused me a great deal of work and caused an excellent tenant a lot of unnessery stress. On transferring ...

Comment on agent fees
Extortionate, they did not do a rolling tenancy but required me to pay for a new tenancy agreement each year. I have now found out that they were charging the tenant annually as well. High % charge for fully managed I had to remind them that 6 monthly visits and reports were required, on each occasion.
