Honestly, it was my first time searching for a propriety in the UK, never the less, London, and to my surprise I was guided all the way through by the best, Roddy Allan, to whom I cannot say thank you enough. I was in a time limit situation and he managed to literally save us and find the perfect not only house but home for us, so I definitely recommend him as a agent and not only a agent, a genuine human being, who not only does his job with passion and care, but cares about people. My friend was offered a deal of 6% on the fees and he was very happy with this deal because it made the service (let only) more affordable for him as he ahs a huge mortgage. He hopes that he will be able to get a similar deal in future if the property becomes vacant after the current letting.
