Get you to dishonestly sign a contract then dont provide you with a copy so you cant read it then put your property on the market with some awful mobile phone pictures ...Be warned

Truly awful customer service. 3 phone calls to arrange a viewing for a flat in Exeter. Each time I was promised a call back which never came. We've now given up and started looking for alternative properties... Whoever the vendor is - they have lost you a potential sale from first time buyers who are looking for a quick sale...
