The service received from Chloe and the rest of the Thomas Morris team was great. We had prompt responses every time we had an enquiry and Chloe has also chased us up when we didn't deliver our response on time which is great, I could see that she was involved and she does care about the buyer and the seller. Compared with other estate agencies, Thomas Morris are much better at dealing with customers, acknowledge the customer enquiries and deliver on their promise.
