LANDLORDS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- showing excuse for a business. We left our name about 2 dif. properties, had to chase up the staff to get proper and full information. Was told property let agreed and left our number in case anything fell through or changed. Property appeared back on website 3 weeks later and no-one contacted us. Viewed property and called that day to say we would take it. No one got back to us on the Friday. The business shuts at the weekend!!!! Surely on a Sat when people are off work and want to come and view a property and also during the day in the light, as often too dark later in evening when people home from work. Anyway no one got back to us on Monday either. No email or contact details apart from a phone number at the office. Called the office AGAIN and had to put a message on the answer machine for them to call me back with our details for the 3rd time. When I finally got through to someone (they had also sent an email to an incorrect email address) they said landlord would rent to us as couldnt wait for a months notice. When I asked how soon could and would the landlord expect to rent it they said they didnt know but not a month. I then had to send a full email to ask them to speak to landlord and some points about us being reliable tenants, long term work, high wage, good references etc etc so maybe landlord should know this info as they may be knocking back a great tenant for sake of an extra one or two weeks rent. They should not have to be told how to do their job and how to negotiate, engage with tenants and landlords. Their customer service is totally appauling. I would not advise people to use them and also would be concerned as a landlord that they would select the best tenant for you or even ask the right questions. As a tenant I would be concerned if you boiler or something key was broken, how are you going to get someone to answer the phone or respond???? It a No No No from me. Staff need trained and need to care about the business- reputation is key. When I go to get my kids at local school, speak to local friends, be on social media for local groups etc etc I am most likely to talk about the shocking experience, referral business is not on their mind. Sort yourself out Property Bureau, you are letting landlords and tenants down with your poor service. Taking the money and running
Comment on agent fees
