Our dealings with Harvey Robinson began back in January 2015. From the first point of contact we were impressed with the information provided and their customer service. It took no time at all for a viewing to be made and an offer put on the house. We thought we were in for a quick and easy house selling experience...but then it started to go downhill. It is only in the last couple of weeks that we have exchanged contracts and we have finally got a completion date.
I have to be honest and say that the whole experience has been far more complicated and stressful than we could ever have imagined. There just seemed to be one problem after another and at one point we did consider if it was worth continuing with the intended house move and if we should just come off the market completely. The one positive element in this whole situation was Harvey Robinson. I'm sure the situation would have been much worse if it hadn't been for them and their patience, determination, reassurance and professionalism. They constantly kept us updated with the situation and remained positive the whole time. Tony was our initial point of contact who was great and then Mark took our case over and we can not thank him enough for all he did for us and the work he put in to ensure the sale went through as quickly and smoothly as possible (despite the seemingly never ending list of issues, complications and problems!!) I'm sure a lot of the stress was taken on by Mark and the rest of the team for which I am very grateful. I'm sure that we were shielded from a lot of the trouble but we always felt completely informed and up to date with our situation.
We certainly made Harvey Robinson work for their fees and I'm sure they will be pleased to have finally closed the sale and get us off their outstanding list, but we are very grateful for all they did for us. Like I said earlier, I think the situation would have been much, much worse if it hadn't been for Harvey Robinson...so thank you!! But I am very relieved it is finally all over!!
