I can't say enough about how excellent Sam's service was, and also how knowledgeable and attentive his colleagues were when Sam was unavailable.
We asked Sam to help with the sale of a small piece of property in St. Ives. Living in London, we relied on Sam for local knowledge and for an efficient process. That's exactly what we got; from knowledge on the subject matter, to advice on sale negotiations, to connecting us to local advisers and intermediaries and everything in between, Sam and his team were excellent professionals.
