A load of rubbish. Went to view a house, was informed of an offer that had been made on the house but NOT accepted, and also informed of the price that the seller wanted. Fraser then explained that he didn't know much about the property itself. He said I would receive a call the following day from someone else. As promised I had a call and I decided to make an offer, she said that she would make note and inform Fraser. The weekend went by and so did a couple of days, I called for an update, Fraser knew nothing about the offer and it seems it never it went forward, he said he would call me ASAP to fin out what's happened, I had no call, later on that day the house was advertised as SOLD STC. I called up 9.30 the following day annoyed and upset that I was not informed, and because I didn't know the name of the women that I given the offer too he said he 'Cant say much' and was sorry it was advertised but the first offer was accepted???? he also 'wasn't there in the afternoon to update me - I told him that I thought it was a load of rubbish that they were even told about my offer, he said 'sorry, I will inform you of any other properties that become available'

Have been using Bairstow Eves for lettings for years.
The current team (Billy, Harry, Jess and Maria and Lauren in maintenance especially) are excellent and come highly recommended.
The sales team have also been highly knowledgeable and professional from my dealings with them....
