We recently used Emoov to purchase our new property and through the recommendation of the vendors, also signed up with Emoov to sell our property on their online platform. Our overall experience with both our sale as well as the purchase was just excellent, from beginning to end! Rather refreshing for an industry not normally known for this ...... The photo package they produced were just fabulous, this can only be due to the calibre of photographers they use. Making appointments for viewing could not be easier, a really well thought out process that works for both vendor and potential buyer. We received a note from Pamela once offers were accepted and she looked after us every step of the way, responding very very promptly to all our queries. In her absence, as they are a 7 day operation, Jessica Brill were equally brilliant! Pam helped us achieve a very tricky exchange to such a tight deadline, always remaining very professional throughout. I can't thank them enough for getting us across the line! We were so pleased with Emoov's service, we have recommended them to our friends and I'm happy to report two of them are now selling their homes on Emoov as a result of our experience!

The price is certainly worth it, not only do you get personal, prompt, clear communication throughout, but it includes the all important photographs which is just fabulous and worth the fee on its own!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
