I have used William H Brown services now two years. I was allocated Ms, Amy Sutcliffe as my property coordinator at the beginning. How lucky I was !! I bought a BRAND NEW apartment from a developer and, from the very beginning had nothing but trouble with same. Some of these troubles were quite serious and, the Operations Manager of the Main Company was extremely uncooperative in everyway. Some of the main electrics in the property were EXTREMELY faulty. There was severe damp and, some of the window fittings were not fitted or the ones that were, were not fitted correctly. Now, if it was not for the excellent and persistent efforts from Ms Sutcliffe, I am sure I would have given up -- BUT -- she was not going to. She got involved to a very high degree by involving the NHBC and even turned to solicitors to get a sound result for me. This was not done overnight and took some 16 months of hard negotiations by Ms Sutcliffe to resolve. During all of this Ms Sutcliffe showed a degree of professionalism which I had thought had been lost !! She always showed me extreme kindness and calm in an otherwise difficult situation. Always most cheerful and responsive on the telephone and kept me totally informed in everyway. I understand that at the end of the day, She is only doing her job some would say -- BUT -- it is the way she goes about it which is most important to me. After all this time I have come to rely totally on Ms Sutcliffe for all my property problems and know that they WILL be sorted !!! I also consider that I have gained a very good friend in Her. I seriously consider that Ms Sutcliffe is an extremely great asset to the William H. Brown and, long may She be so.
