Very unreliable estate agents, only fake and lies. I had an offer agreed in writing, did proceed with all search and paid the cost. 5 months down the line with them giving us fake reasons for delay, this Chris calls me and asks me to increase the price by £65000.
Avoid them by all means, they play false games and negotiate in a dirty way. No reliability and no honesty what so ever. He will always try to blame you in a disgusting unprofessional way. Actually he tried to sold us a land that does not belong to the property and this only came to light when we asked for the Plan

Historically I have not rented from agents (poor experiences in the past) but rented via Fenn Wright 18 months ago. Despite the fact that the landlord managed the property and exit I have found Fenn Wright really helpful. I am now not privately renting but would ...

Though expensive they are usual and the agents are helpful. As I said they only managed the initial process though were very helpful on exit.

This agent sells themself as a premium agent (at a premium price). The service they provide isn't premium. They told me they had prospective buyers for my property, which wasn't true. They told me they would be in touch weekly, again not true. When they ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Given an accurate appraisal. Contacted me as promised. Accurately presented the offer. Been more professional.

‚£1440 on an ‚£80k sale- expensive. Originally fees were fixed at ‚£1680 on a valuation of ‚£97.5k. Clearly the valuation was inaccurate, so I managed to (silghtly) negotiate the fee down.
