The 5 stars relates to Chloe specifically. She has given us excellent service throughout the time that our property was rented through prospect. She kept us up to date as and when issues arose and was always very prompt in responding to any questions we had. The checking out process was handled exceptionally well. Great customer service.

Comment on agent fees
The fees are quite high but I think they are worth it. We did pay ƒâ€š‚£500 for a professional clean, which I didn't feel was justified given the low quality of the clean. Prospect were very apologetic and we were offered a second clean, but declined.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
