After some initial inquiries with other traditional local agents, and with some hesitation due to the relative infancy of online agents, I chose to list my property for sale with eMoov, and, I am glad I did!

Jonathan initially worked on our sale, and after our first sale fell through (not a fault of eMoov I must add) Pam dealt with our second sale.

I constantly bombarded Pam with queries and anxious requests as we had only a very small window of opportunity to secure a sale after we lost our first buyer, and was extremely pleased with the help, advice, and actions that Pam provided to us. We managed to secure a new sale and completed within our deadline as a result of this service, and are now enjoying our new home.

I can thoroughly recommend eMoov and their team. Do not be put off by the online nature of eMoov, or the low prices, the service is top notch!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
