Where do I start? How many complimentary adjectives can a review include? From start to finish Ryder-Dutton, Holmfirth are in a class of their own - a Gold Class. The service and staff are exemplary. The telephone is always answered promptly and courteously. Emails confirming calls are sent immediately. Viewings are arranged to suit the client. Importantly, prospective buyers are not rushed around when viewing a property. All the necessary information required to purchase a property is made readily available. Liaison between the buyer and the vendor is excellent. Important administration and legal duties are fulfilled without any problems. Whatever questions are asked, be they simple or not so simple, the staff work hard to provide an authoritative and friendly response.
It is a truism that buying a house can be a very stressful experience. Ryder-Dutton, and especially the staff members mentioned, do their utmost to make the process as relaxed as possible.
My sincere and personal thanks to Caroline, Sherralyn, Nichola and the ever cheerful Kimberley for making my house purchase as smooth as is possible. Thank You All.
