My wife and I sold our house with Perry Bishop recently, whilst purchasing a property through Purple Bricks. The Journey was long (over 5 months) and very strenuous due to planning complications on our property, communications difficult through Purple bricks, a very disingenuous vendor who was constantly renegading on agreements and an increasingly and understandably frustrated buyer. Both Paul and Kathryn went the extra mile with regards liaising with Purple Bricks, the vendors of the property we were buying, our buyer and the various solicitors. In our opinion they went far beyond what we expected and acted as mediators between the parties. Our experience was first class and we would recommend their services to anybody.
