Was offered a price for my house through spicerhaart through there buyer adam.
I was given a 4 week selling completion and although the offer was £60,000 below market value,i had been offered a property for a bargain,so i would have made money in the long term.
last week on the 7th feburary i spoke to adam.and told him i had skips turning up at my house and was going to skip loads of my furniture and the kids beds and so on.as i was intending to buy new for the new house.
The completion day was 15th feburary 2016 on the day Adam rang me and said he was going to the solicitors then the bank.
again i said im almost ready and all thats left to do is load the removal vans tomorrow with what i was keeping,id even given my nephew my washing machine and drier.
so the removal team turn up and load the van and i said you have to wait till i hear of adam before moving into the house as the people i was buying the house off were waiting for the money to go from my bank to theres.
adam rang me and said unfortunatley your house isnt worth what we thought,a estate agent in blackpool had given a lower price and therefore would loose another 20k but what adam didnt know is that my friend valued my house for them and told me what he had valued it at.and so what adam was saying was bullshit.and trying to rip me off further than he had already.so ive not took the deal.and instead now have no beds for the kids no washing machine and drier no settee and they have left me in debt of 6,000 what i borrowed, spicerhaart are a bunch of * heartless ** that new what they were about to do,even knowing that i was throwing my kids beds out and furniture worth keeping but wanted new, in a new house move.
I want to claim the money ive lost from these *** is there anyone who knows where i can go to claim back at least £15,000 in lost furniture any info as to what i can do about this would be great, only because adam was aware that i was throwing away my belongings knowing that they do not purchase houses they are a broker, therefore sell my house on to blood sucking investors.and at the last minute lowball the figure, knowing we are basically stuck in a catch 22 at the last minute, luckily my pal owns a storage unit facility therefore everything went there, and this morning ive secured a sale on my property from a private purchaser.who wants to have it all done within 7 days.and my mother in law is having the kids over at hers till then ,otherwise they would be sleeping on the floor DO NOT TRUST THESE ABSOLUTLE USELESS UNTHOUGHTFUL **.THEY LIE AND PUT YOU IN A WHOLE HEAP OF SHIT.beleive me go anywhere else before even considering going with this outfit of fuckwits.they have no idea and are all trying to live the dream of real wolf on wall street brokers but theres more chance of them joining the circus as they make themselves look like a fucking bunch of daft looking clowns....

Dreadful. They Manage the flat I rent. I have been asking for a broken window to be repaired for almost 70 days, a broken intercom and tap for almost 60 days. Many promises, little action. All the faults were present when they rented me the house. Unforgiveable ...
