I met Chris over a coffee to discuss selling 4 properties through Auction House this February and was impressed with his easy manner, his knowledge and his professionalism. He followed up the original meeting with logical advice and took full control of organising the photos, floor plans and viewings. I was kept fully informed throughout the process and appreciated the feedback of knowing that the viewings had gone well and there was a lot of interest in our properties by his team. On auction day the properties all sold for excess of their reserves and one actually went over by over 30%! Chris was a pleasure to deal throughout and offered great customer service and feedback. I would not hesitate to recommend him to another client!

Hello Richard,
We are really disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with the result on auction day. Unfortunately valuing a property, especially when we are aiming to sell things in just 4 weeks is not an exact science and sometimes we get it wrong. In this instance it does seem as though the price recommended was too high.

Thank you for your feedback.
The sales particulars, photographs and videos we provided were accurate during the pre-auction marketing. If a tenant chooses to vacate a property between exchange and completion there is very little we can do. This is certainly one of the risks when buying a tenanted investment but thankfully it is very rare.
I do empathise with your situation and hope that you are able to turn things around in the coming months.
