I was looking for a Flat in Reading, found this amazing place via 3rd party source and contacted the letting agency, Prospects in my case.
Jordan Byrne is a star. Right from the start he was friendly, helpful and courteous. On my request he also managed to arrange a viewing for me within hours, for me this made him stand out from the rest.
With excellent communication skills he kept me in updated with the status of my application. I had few issues with documentation but he was able to sort them for me.
Professional and responsive, Prospects have many good representatives but Jordan for me is a jewel in the crown.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
