WARNING........DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I rent a parking space with this company. When i agreed to rent the space, i was told the contract can only be completed on an ipad....... They do not give paper contacts !!!!!! This i did and paid my deposit. For 2 payments i made at the office, was then told to make payments via Standing Order. This i set up With payments payable to Sheffiled Residential. My payments were returned from their bank and when i looked at my Bank Statements, they were using my card details for payments. THIS COMPANY STORED ALL MY DETAILS INCLUDING THE LAST 3 DIGITS ON THE BACK OF MY CARD. They take charges of between £45 to £70 for late payment !!!!!!!! even though their Bank returns my payments. They inform me that emails have been sent, However, theses emails go to my junk mail. No phone calls or letters ? I have been trying to sort out all of the problems with THEIR BANK. They are full aware of this but have charged £200 late fees for 3 weeks even when they no whats going on. They will not budge on these fees and JUST SAY THEY ARE PAYABLE. Finally went to pay the bill at their bank. To be told by the Bank ''Sheffield Residential'' IS NOT THE CORRECT ACCOUNT. its under UK RESIDENTIAL. Spoke with the Manager and she said not their problem and will not remove late fees................ DO NOT USE THEM. PLEASE BE WARNED
