They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Very rude and don't even try to understand. They are totally incompetent when it comes to organising any maintenance or repair work. On numerous occasions we have had to contact the landlord because the agency do not care and get work done through our contacts or do it ourselves. Will never rent through this agency again!!
