Very bad service to tenants and landlords. They left a tenant without a place to stay, telling him only the day before he was going to move that he could not move because the property had structural problems, when in fact they had agreed with other tenant to move in that day and they 'forgot' to let him know. On other occasion they sent me some tenants and although they had charged me all the money they had not done credit records, the tenants did not have stable jobs and they did not inform me, nothing was done, and they did not tell the tenants I was selling the property, in the end I had to pay them myself the deposit and money they had paid the agency so they could find another place. Several times I saw people crying in their office, people left to deal with office are children, with no skills or knowledge and rude when asked for work done or papers etc....I had the most stressful, expensive and inefficient experience with them after 10 years as a landlord.
