Buying a house through Fulfords was an extremely unpleasant experience. They did little to negotiate between vendor and buyer smoothly and in my opinion added significantly to the stress each party felt during this process.

I would NOT recommend this branch of Fulfords to anyone buying or selling a house.

We feel so strongly that we have written to Fulfords with a formal complaint about our experience. We understand our vendor has also done the same.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Stop sending me emails when I ask you to. Don't send emails to me that are addressed to some other person(!). Don't keep calling me, particularly after I have asked you not to. Don't pass my personal details on to other companies without my permission.

What agent could do to change your mind?
-Be transparent on fees, don't offer a discount to sign earlier when it's obviously not worth it for the tenant -Don't spam and provide ways to unsubscribe to SMS (I'm sure this is not entirely legal)
