I first must say, I don't usually write reviews, however, this agent did above and beyond for me. It was an absolute pleasure to work with such a professional, efficient and personable agent such as Bond Blake. He explained the situation extremely clearly, breaking down any complicated issues and proceeded to get the job done effectively. In short, he did exactly what he said he would do, I couldn't be happier.

Will I start using them for everything property related? YES!

Camelia thank you for your review. When we met at the property you were informed other viewings had taken place before you entered the property. An applicant made an offer higher than the asking price a short time after. To be considered you were advised to make an offer higher than the asking price to which you stated you would not do.
