Abysmal experience with Watson Mitchell. Expressed an interest in a property four weeks ago, paid £1550 in admin fee, deposit and rent. Packed my whole house up and am living on bare minimum ready to move this coming Saturday, only to receive a call from them on Tuesday to tell me the ''landlady had changed her mind and was moving back in herself'' They were extremely unhelpful and told me to look on Rightmove for other properties (no offer of help over the phone as to properties they had available) and were hesitant to give me money back (until my boss called them) This situation has left me homeless in two weeks time (as my current home has been relet), and completely backed into a corner as I am now having to consider properties not in keeping with what I originally wanted, just to secure the location I needed. I had also changed my address with all the companies/utilities I deal with, and will now have to change these at least twice move. Disgusting service, and disgusting owners on their books. Untold stress has been caused.
