Very disappointed with this estate agents. They started off very helpful, returned calls, returned emails etc then once we exchanged on our property they didn't want to know. All of a sudden we got no response to our emails whatsoever and no call backs and if you did manage to get to speak to someone who knew what they were doing you could tell by the tone of their voice that you were just a nuisance to them. We definitely won't be using them again.
