My first buy to rent purchase was with Davis Tate and I was looked after by Geraldine Burgess. I told Geraldine my budget and what i was after. Very quickly I had a list of properties to look at including my first buy. I placed my offer and very quickly Geraldine told me it had been accepted. She then talked me through all the various process's including solicitor's. At all times through the buying process Geraldine kept me informed and offered great advice. I would not hesitate in buying another house through Davis Tate
