Having let properties through various letting agents and having had sub standard service (incorrect payments, high charges for services provided by agents, lacklustre services and rude staff) I can honestly say the past few years of letting with Lockwood Lettings in Ashford High Street has been so much easier for me.
Small things like "pre-paid envelopes" to return tenancy agreements in, all add up to make a big difference to me.

Correspondence has always been more or less instant, If I send them an email I get a response within minutes usually, and Dawn, Debbie, Mark etc have always been very helpful and very polite.

I don't usually leave reviews but Lockwoods excellent customer service is second to none, & as a disabled landlord, Lockwood really have gone out of their way to help me find the right tenants, at the right time & the right rental value.
They've also found various tradesmen to run repairs on my properties, all have been very professional, as have Lockwood.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I was accompanied friend during the move to new home. We had to wait outside their office for 1 hour 30 min in cold during their office hours with truck full of luggage on the move date, to get the keys of the new home.There is no response from their telephone including the emergency number. Finally when the lady turned up at 10 30 on saturday morning, all that we ezpected was an apology, instead we had to face rude behaviour by her and she even insisted one of us to leave the office, when questioned about why nobody is in the office during the office hours and no response on the phone, most terrible customer service we have ever faced. Definitely not recommend this agent to anyone without a doubt.

Thank you for your comment, however, upon looking in to this your check in was arranged for 8.30am at the property and you were subsequently late for the check in. As noted in the check in letter sent to you prior to your move date it is imperative you are on time to your check in as it is carried out by a third party company.
