Lee - In 2014 I was managing my parents house Sale in the Midlands, house purchase in Silchester and finding a rental property whilst the new house was renovated. The rental market was busy and buoyant and many of the agents could let properties without too much trouble. Lee took the time to listen to the requirements for my parents both in their eighties with reduced mobility and sight. He showed a property but directed me to a more suitable property and gently guided me through the letting process without hassle and fuss and concern to get it right not just for the landlord but also my parents. Given my stress and anxiety and how much I was trying to arrange and sort out in the Midlands and here in Berkshire I was so pleased to find an agent concerned to help and not just see a quick and convenient letting with the easiest tenants. He took time and trouble and he listened and was caring.

Peter - managed the property once let and was always attentive and available. Gentle manner and concerned to support my parents when it was not easy with new kitchen appliances and location to negotiate and a certain degree of disorientation because things were so new - in the house and the location.
