Karen at Bradleys was not only helpful, but genuinely seemed to care about my sale and purchase and what was best for my situation. She got me an amazing price for my house and understood when I said I had to get a certain amount to obtain my next property - there was no pushing or suggesting things I didn't want like other agentsI have been in contact with when looking for my next home. It was a pleasure to be looked after by Karen and I really appreciated her help and and honest advice throughout the process. I can't thank her enough.

I haven't sold a house before so I can't really comment, but I believe they were inline with other agencies.

Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman's Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
