I spoke to a lady named Catherine over the phone. Initially she hung up on me as soon as I said Hi, I called again immediately, same lady picked up the phone, I told her she had just hung up on me, there was no sorry nothing, she asked me my name as if my name was the reason she hung up!
Very rude, she basically said all the properties are going very fast so if I am not willing to put down a deposit today I shouldnt be wasting her time.(!)

There were multiple promises made at the start of the tenancy and none of them were kept! At the end they tried to charge an outrageous amount of the deposit for modifications that were promised at the start of the tenancy! Horrible unresponsive people....

I have to say that I am a landlord and I am completely dissatisfied with FJ Lord since they have centralised their property management. Unlike some comments on this page, I have not received any response to any email I have sent since April. I have to ring them constantly to chase them up. They also levy charges on my account with no explanation. In my view, their quality of service has deteriorated in the past 6 months and I would not recommend them under any circumstances. ...
