Rent never paid on time once even though rental agreement states when it should be paid
constantly bombarded with charges and problems at which they take 10% for arranging
Damage to walls,ceilings,bathroom,kitchen appliances they even gave back the full deposit to the tenant that caused the damage !!!!

We have never had a complaint from anyone on this and the person who registered this comment has not come back to us from our responce above - we are really keen to speak to this person as we do not one any unhappy customers - we have a computerised system and always pay rents immediately when money comes in our client account is audited by a chartered accountant and he reports back to ARLA as a condition of our licensed status with them and so the above just does not happen - all new landlords get free rent protection - if you are considering lettings please do contact us as we are concerned this comment may be from a competitor letting agent (or someone they know) but if it is a genuine customer complaint then please do contact me Darren Samways by email [email protected] or telehone 01295 276565 Jul 18, 2012
We have not received a complaints ?- If this is a genuine complaint please could you contact us directly on 01295 756337as we would be keen to look into this matter. We are a local independent ARLA licensed letting agent. We have lots of happy customers We are fully computerised and we pay our landlords within 3 days of the rent coming in (allowing for bank transfer time) The only exception to this would be when a tenant does not pay on time. (occasionally this happens to all letting agents) All tenants are fully reference checked and we have very few problems We have qualified staff who are experienced. All new managed landlords get rent gurantee insurance and we are told our charges are very competitive indeed we often have special rate incentives for new landlords
