Having bought the house through C J Hole and having had such a successful experience we decided to go directly to them to sell the house again. We were also attracted to C J Hole as the majority of the properties we were interested in buying were listed by them and the thought of selling and buying through the same agent was very appealing. Luckily this is exactly what happened.
George did an excellent job on both our sale and purchase. He always kept us up to date on how things were progressing and helped us with negotiations.
Another positive to C J Hole's services is their Sales Progressor, Kim. She is a great help through what can be a stressful part of the process the exchange and completion.
I would highly recommend the C J Hole team, all members of staff are professional, polite and go out of their way to help.
