Hi Simon,Jo and Alex,

Many thanks to all of you for the tremendous help in working to complete with the sale of my flat.

I was a little apprehensive in March when Simon and crew took over the management at HEALY AND NEWSOM.But one thing that will always stick to my mind,was after Simon introduced himself to me,he reassured me with these words I will help you sell your flat and he did just that.
Knowing the hassle ,the hard work that was involved with the flat,Simon and the team at Healy & Newsom straight away went on the war path,there were non stop viewings,some more interested than others and at times it was quite frustrating not knowing where or how the sale will proceed.

But at the beginning of April we had a prospective buyer but there were a lot of twists and turns surrounding the sale and at times the issues were getting more difficult and stressful to handle but Simon and his team never gave up and with their knowledge and experience, I gained confidence.
So I will forever remember the team and will definitely use their services again should I come looking for a property.Also I recommend strongly anyone anyone who is looking into selling or buying a property to trust and seek advice from this local team of friendly and helpful staff at Healy and Newsom.

So again I thank you all Simon,Jo and Alex and wish you the very best in your future ventures and God bless you all along the way.
