I thought I would just write a review given my great recent experience with both selling and buying through C J Hole Henleaze Branch. I put my house on the market ages ago and sold quickly but due to the shortage of property I couldn't find anything to buy. After yet another attempt to secure a property before being outbid, I withdrew from the sale. Only a few days later, a property I had lost out on came back on the market - but by then my buyer had found somewhere else. Tim and his team acted really quickly, they put my house back on, held an open day, and secured another buyer in just a few days. Meanwhile, they dealt with my offer on the house I wanted to buy. It wasn't all straightforward, and there was quite a bit of negotiating and to-ing and fro-ing to get things sorted both on the sale and the purchase. This was all handled really promptly and efficiently by the team. Really no problem was too big or too small for them to sort out. Once things were going through, everything was handled by Kim, the teams' dedicated progress administrator. This was really important as so many houses fall through because of small problems. We had a whole range of issues - our buyer's mortgage being delayed, legal issues to be sorted, etc, but Kim was on the case constantly chasing up solicitors and liaising between everyone. We were really happy with the service received, right down to being given a bottle of prosecco with the keys to our new house. I can't recommend them highly enough.
