I have dealt with Harvey Robinson in Huntingdon on three occassions now. The first time I was looking for a house in Hartford on The Birds estate for my Parents who I was relocating up from London to be near me. This was when I met Justin and with his help found and secured the purchase of my Parents new home. The second time I dealt with them was when I needed to sell my house on The Birds following my relationship break up. I trusted them to be sensitive to my situation and get the sale through as smoothly as possible. Grant took the instruction and from then on the team in the Huntingdon office all did their part in finding a buyer and getting it through to exchange then completion. Mark and I were in constant touch and I found him very undertsanding, helpful and professional at all times. Following my sale I then started looking for a new home for me. I found a couple of houses but lost one and was not 100% on the other through another agent. I called into Harvey Robinson and saw Justin. He pursuaded me to view a property he loved himself and had just taken on saying it would be ideal for me. It was nothing like the criteria of what I was looking for but I viewed it anyway. Im so glad he pushed me to see it as he was right it was amazing and just perfect for me right now! I made an offer at the end of September and moved in last week!
Estate agency is all about knowing your properties and clients and thankfully Harvey Robinson do. I will be using them again for sure when its time to move on. I would also be confident in recommending them to friends and family.
