I am the neighbor of this tenant and has been throughout her whole tenancy and all i can say is that this woman was a living nightmare. constant people back and forth, overgrown gardens. i met the owner when he renovated it and in all fairness the guy done a great job. The tenant actually had a warrant to get her out after living there and not paying rent for a substantial time. This is just revenge because you had to leave.
