From the moment of first contact the staff were efficient and effective in all aspects of selling the property. They were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in marketing the property. All prospective buyers were genuine and there was always realistic feedback provided. Updates on progress were frequent and staff did all they could to ensure the fact I was selling the property whilst living and working 350 miles away from it did not cause any issues or delays through ensuring that required signatures etc could be made at another countyrywide office close to my home. All in all an excellent service

Thank You for your feedback above, I would like to say that within the time this house was on the market with Fulfords regular updates were provided by the team including visits to the property myself to retake photos and to discuss ways to try to generate more interest. The property was of course matched and emailed to many prospective purchasers with follow up calls to try and book viewings, sadly no one booked a viewing on this property.
