Having previously advertised our property with another estate agent and getting nowhere, we made the decision to switch to DJ Alexander and felt very reassured and happy right from the first contact that we were being looked after and that our property would sell quickly. Living abroad meant that we had to choose our estate agent very carefully and we were delighted when after less than 1 week we had a verbal offer. Although this one didn't work it, we had a steady stream of viewers interested and within a few weeks (bearing in mind we didn't put it on the market until November time and with the holiday period!) accepted on an offer at a price we were very pleased with. We can't recommend DJ Alexander enough and in particular Scott and Daniel and other members of the team, who were always professional, helpful and reassuring in their approach and belief that they were the best agents for the job - and they were! Highly recommend them to any potential seller or buyer. Thank you
