'Rachel' was rude on the phone, as anticipated after we'd heard bad things from friends about this office... but we really wanted to see the property so persevered despite her yawning on the phone and seeming completely uninterested. Fast forward to viewing day- Nobody met us at the viewing and when i called to sk why, they needed time to investigate as Rachel was out on a viewing! A man called me back 10 minutes later to tell me nobody was coming, and that Rachel had emailed to cancel (we'd never communicated via email and needless to say i had no email from her). When i asked why nobody had been in touch they said they had also called me (they hadn't). I said well thanks you've wasted my morning and they yelled

Best Estate Agent in SE6 
Rachel started with us late last year and is new to estate agency and is still learning the business. The reason the viewing was cancelled was due to the property being sold prior to your arranged appointment. I would agree the situation should have been handled better and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. Following this I have taken necessary steps to ensure this doesn't happen again.
I just wanted to add a couple of points; I have had plenty of positive reviews from customers about Rachel since she has started with us and the seller of the property, like all our sellers, has been very happy with our service and that we achieved over the asking price for her home.
