Absolute joke of an agents, do not provide a service for the tenant at all. Inventory was that bad it listed the front door as white upvc door in good condition when it had a blue front door that was damaged, bowed and cracked and did not fit the frame, house was dirty still had sellotape on the window from evicting the previous tenants and electrical switches marked on the inventory as not visually safe. Had to report multiple items on moving in including electric faults, broken light fitting so no light in the front room, broken drain pipes, mould on the worktops and appliances in the property provided on the inventory that did not even work. 6 months later and still most of the work has not been done despite environmental health ordering works to be carried out. Now out of tenancy and they are trying to tie me down to pay them for more than a months notice even though there is nothing in contract to say this and tenancy expired which I refused to renew with work outstanding. Avoid this agents they charge a fortune and do nothing and treat you like a piece of dirt

I can second this review. I was charged an admin fee of almost £500 when I moved into my apartment six months ago and have just received a letter stating that if I wish to renew for another six months, this will cost me £125! I have rented a number of properties with different agents in the past and have never been charged to renew the contract.
