Raakhee and Asher were highly proactive and pleasant in the market appraisal, marketing and letting of my flat. Viewings and offers followed shortly after it was listed and a good rate was achieved. Throughout the process of referencing (Theo), inventory, etc, they were really pleasant to deal with and very responsive. All their departments seem to join up so there is no sense of losing touch with the letting people after the deal is done. I can't believe I am writing a glowing review for an estate agent, because I've met some less than reputable people. Based on my experience, I would unreservedly recommend the team at David Andrew. Don't go changing!

They were flexible in matching the fees of another agent competing for the business and I'd say reasonable.
